Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and LA BRANDS LTD (UK) covering your use of the Linometry app and website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

Linometry is a digital colouring app: a library of colouring pages, drawing tools, creator tools that convert your photos into pages, cloud sync, and a community gallery. Free accounts include starter pages and a daily free page; a Premium subscription or lifetime purchase unlocks the full library, all brushes and the creator studio.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

• Premium is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Billing is handled by Google Play (or the App Store). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and covers current and future library content for the life of the service.
• Refunds follow the store's refund policies (Google Play / App Store).
• Daily Drop: one page is free for everyone each day. Start colouring it during its free window and it is yours to keep permanently, whether or not you ever subscribe. Outside the window, past drops are part of the Premium library.
• Referral programme: when a friend joins with your code, you both receive 7 days of Premium; when that friend makes their first payment, you receive a further 30 days. We may withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fake accounts or other abuse, and may change or end the programme for future referrals at any time.

3. Your artwork and content you upload

• You own your artwork. Colourings you create are yours.
• Photos you import must be yours to use — don't upload images you don't have rights to, and never upload unlawful content.
• When you publish to the gallery you give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that post within the app so other users can see it. Deleting the post ends that licence.
• Our page designs remain the property of LA BRANDS LTD and its licensors. You may share your finished colourings of them; you may not extract, resell or redistribute the blank designs.
• AI-created pages: pages generated from your prompts are for your personal colouring within the app. Don't prompt for unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights; generation is rate-limited per account, and prompts are checked by an automated content filter before anything is generated. We decline prompts for sexual content, anything sexualising minors, graphic violence, hate, self-harm, drugs, weapons instructions, harassment of real people, and other people's trademarks or characters. A first declined prompt is a warning and costs nothing; repeated declined prompts may be charged a coin like any other generation; and an account that keeps trying loses access to the AI creator (other features are unaffected). You can contact us if you think a refusal was a mistake.

4. Community rules

The gallery is a kind place, and it is for users aged 16 and over (we check your date of birth once, when you join). Don't post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing; don't impersonate others; don't spam. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can report any post or comment from the app — reports are anonymous.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app (except where the law permits), or use automated tools to scrape content.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your synced data is deleted per our Privacy Policy; store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled in your store account.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA BRANDS LTD's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
