Delete your Linometry account

This page covers accounts in the Linometry colouring app by LA BRANDS LTD.

The quick way — in the app

Open Linometry → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app — by email

No need to reinstall anything. Email luke@la-brands.com with the subject "Delete my Linometry account" from the email address on the account (or tell us the account email and confirm you control it — we verify before deleting, to protect your account). We action deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account record — email address, display name, password hash, sign-in identifiers, profile picture, and date of birth if you joined the gallery.
• All synced artwork, projects and palettes.
• Your gallery posts, comments, likes and follows.
• Push notification tokens, notification history, usage events and search history tied to your account.

What is not deleted

• Artwork stored locally on your device stays on your device — it is yours.
• Purchases and subscriptions live with Google Play / the App Store, not with us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account settings (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
• Server backups containing your data age out automatically within 30 days of deletion.
• Minimal records we are legally required to keep (for example evidence of a prior deletion request), as described in our Privacy Policy.
